RoboTar plays the chords for you while you strum or fingerpick!  Ok,I said it that way on purpose because it usually has a violent backlash from guitarists that spent a lifetime perfecting their craft.  Rest assured, RoboTar was not intended for you, nor was it intended to replace the natural way of playing with two healthy hands.

We wanted to bring guitar playing back to those that lost the strength or dexterity in their hand required to play or make it available to those that never had two healthy hands.  But RoboTar CAN bring people closer to guitar playing by giving them the chance to accompany themselves while they sing and can be an option for teaching/learning rhythm, picking, chord progressions and song structure without the barrier if learning to finger the chords.

That's a really interesting concept. I'd say that unfortunately for a Kickstarter campaign the market for this is going to be really small. Which is a shame. I'm sure many people would love what this can bring to their lives (or back into their lives). I say "Good luck to you and your campaign!"
