Title: Focusrite iTrack Dock.
Post by: aldridgeg on April 19, 2015, 10:39:11 PM
New bit of gear - Focusrite iTrack Dock.

Recorded in my kitchen this evening at very low levels.

2tracks - rhythm double tracked and panned slightly L/R
Lead left just off centre.

Pretty chuffed with the quality.

aldridgeg, that sounds really good.  The new tech just amazes me to be honest, still can't believe what you achieve with an iPad.  8)

Great guitar playing too.

That sounds awesome! I love the two tracks. What app do you record into/with?

Mick / Scarebear

Cheers for the comments fellas.

The app is Auria. Absolutely brilliant. Love the ability to use the touchscreen, it's really intuitive.

Not had much experience with DAWs on PC/Mac, but this is as good as it gets on iPad I think.

They're also launching Auria Pro soon, interface / design changing.

Ah ... It comes with effects. Seems similar to Meteor MultiTrack DAW (http://www.4pockets.com/product_info_apple.php?p=8&nb=4) for iOS. I love that app. It has effects as well. But wait until you plug other guitar apps into it using Audiobus! ;)
