haha, it sounds like my English is not so bad:)

my amp is V1, so is there anything I can do?

I also found this topic:  https://www.ssguitar.com/index.php?topic=4070.15

it seems I need to refresh a chipset?

In the beginning, I searched Baidu, which is the most pop search engine in China. the point is I can't find anything related to this issiue, just like this kind of thing doesn't exsist. then I post a topic on China's biggest guitar forum, to remind other users to be carefull in updating blackstar amps.

Just curious after reading several posts regarding the Blackstar ID Core series amps dying after updating the firmware. I was wondering what support you got from Blackstar when or if this happened to you.

Did you get any help, or just accept the fact and put it down to experience. If you got any help. was your amp out of the warranty period?  To be honest it worries me each time they release a new version of insider and firmware, and IMO, it shouldn't.

Your thoughts please.

Some of the many posts I found regarding this problem.

Hi, Mick. I am Ricky from China. It's really great to see you here.

all the things began with insider. I messed up my blackstar idcore 40 yesterday :o

I thought it would be really easy to update the firmware cos I did this kind of things a lot time. but this time things went different.

then my amp is dead.....

Youtube and Google are banned in China, I can only use microsoft being search engine, just try my best to find some info. then I found you.

I am looking forword to your reply, to see if there are anything I can do to relight my amp. thanks a lot.

PS: I want to PM you first, but I just can't answer this question:Type of guitar pickup. Complete the word. Hum?  humbucker? humbucking? English is my second language, so those questions are not easy for me.
