DAWs / Re: HELP!

Thanks so much mate! I will definitely do that! I think I'm going to get the iRig pro. Amputube looks the best for me as it has a lot of addons available for me to create drum tracks by myself.
Will follow them on Twitter & facebook for some deals!
Thanks again mate!

Cheers mate. Thought ampitubr was the way I was swaying but didn't want to shell out unless I felt it was needed.

DAWs / HELP!
October 10, 2014, 02:05:39 PM
Right so going on lots of advice which I'm very restful for I think I'm getting the iRig Pro to record my stuff. Now comes the question of which DAW to use? I know GarageBand is a popular choice as its free but does it give you everything you need or is it worth shelling out for something like amputube? I'm going to be recording my guitar and need artificial drums & bass wtc as as it wil just be me laying down a few song ideas. So which is best in everyone's opinion? Cheers for all the help!

Thanks so much again. Looks like the irig pro has it all. The other one I was looking at was the Apogee Jam96k any thoughts on this?

Show us your gear / Wah pedal
October 06, 2014, 07:22:37 AM
Today it's the turn of my wah pedal.
This is a really cool wah with lots of tone options. I really like it although I've never been a huge fan of the on / off switch being under the toe of the pedal. I had the bad horsie II & it had touch sensitive activation which meant as soon as you touched the pedal it was activated & when you took your foot off it deactivated. Much better in my opinion for live playing. The VOX has tons more versatility in regards to tone though!
