The third setting on the pickup is for magnetic pickups alone. Make sure your guitar is plugged into the GK unit and your magnetic pickup volume is up. Check to ensure that there are no extraneous cables plugged into the Guitar Input jack on the back of the unit, as this can interfere with the pickup's operation.
